The Dialectical Relation between Circulation and Reorganization of Capital and Science and Technology Development and its Influence on Economic Development

阐明了资产流动重组和科学技术发展两者之间相互影响、相互制约的辩证关系。在此基础上,分析了两者之间关系变化对经济发展的影响。最后,结合我国的实际情况,提出了我国资产流动重组与科技发展关系中存在的问题及解决问题的对策。

This article elaborates their dialectical relation by analyzing the mutual influence and restriction between circulation and reorganization of capital and science and technology development. Based on this, it analyzes the influence of changed relation between them on the economic development. At last, it puts forward the present problems and countermeasures in the relation between circulation and reorganization of capital and science and technology development by combining with Chinese actual conditions.
