摘要 总结了跨国公司在国际化技术创新中的资源配置的特征和经验,分析了国际化技术创新过程中资源配置的模式及其演化过程。 The paper summarized the resource allocation's characteristics and experiences in international innovation,analyzed its Paradigm and evolvement,which will be used for reference in Chinese enterprises' innovation internationalization.
