摘要
根据CM模式的特点和招标评标指标设计的一般原则,建立了CM招标评标指标体系;应用Yuan模糊集排序方法,对解决CM综合指标值相近的承包商排序问题进行了探讨。
According to the characteristics of CM approach and the general principles of designing evaluation indicator system, the CM evaluation system bidders is established.Because of its characteristics of rationality,stability and an excellent ability of discrimination, the method of Yuan fuzzy set is used to solve the problem of ordering CM contractors that have similar comprehensive indicators. The research is meaningful for the application of CM indicator evaluation in China.
