摘要
目的 探讨PSAmRNA在乳腺癌组织、癌旁乳腺组织和乳腺纤维瘤组织中的表达及其在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法 以β actin作为内部参照半定量RT PCR方法检测 35例乳腺癌组织、12癌旁乳腺组织和 10例乳腺纤维瘤中PSAmRNA的表达。结果 在乳腺癌组织中PSAmRNA阳性表达率为 5 4 2 8% ,癌旁乳腺组织中为 83 3% ,乳腺纤维瘤中为 90 0 %。乳腺癌组织中PSAmRNA阳性表达率明显低于癌旁乳腺组织和乳腺纤维瘤者 ,差异有显著性 (P =0 0 4 1)。而且PSAmRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平明显低于癌旁乳腺组织和乳腺纤维瘤组织 ,差异有显著性 (t=5 394、4 6 32 ,P均 =0 0 0 0 )。结论 乳腺癌组织中PSAmRNA的表达水平低于癌旁乳腺组织和乳腺纤维瘤 ,表达下调。
Objective To study the significance of expression of prostate-specific antigen mRNA(PSA mRNA) in breast cancer(BC) and in the carcinogenesis and development of BC. Methods With β-actin gene as a reference, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was conducted to dectect the expression of PSA mRNA in 35 BC samples, 12 paracarcinoma breast tissues and 10 breast adenofibroma samples. Results The positive expression rate of PSA mRNA in BC tissues, paracarcinoma breast tissues and breast adenofibroma tissues was 54.28%, 83.3% and 90.0% respectively. The expression of PSA mRNA in BC tissues was significantly lower than that in paracarcinoma breast tissues and breast adenofibroma tissues(P=0.014), and the level of PSA mRNA in BC tissues was significantly lower than that in paracarcinoma breast tissues and breast adenofibroma tissues(all P=0.000). Conclusion The expression of PSA mRNA in BC tissues was lower than that in paracarcinoma breast tissues and breast adenofibroma tissues, the expression of PSA mRNA in BC tissues is downregulated.
