摘要
单管反激变换器主开关电压应力大、效率低、电磁干扰(EMI)严重,不适合用于高输入电压场合,而双管反激变换器的每个主开关的电压应力仅为输入电压。此外,该拓扑无需外加吸收电路,效率比单管反激型高得多。因此该变换器适用于高电压输入、高性能要求场合。分析了考虑漏感时该变换器的工作原理和特性。通过一个240~400V/100W样机验证了以上优点。
Because the single switch flyback DC/DC converter suffers from high switch voltage stress, low efficiency and severe EMI, it is unapplicable to the high input voltage. In the contrast, the voltage stress of each main switch in dual switch flyback DC/DC converter is just input voltage. Additionally, this topology needs no snubber, and it is much more ef-ficient than single switch flyback. Consequently, this converter is recommended to high input voltage and high performance applications. The principle and characteristic, in which leak inductance are taken into consideration, are analyzed in this paper, and a prototype of 240~400 V/100 W is built to verify the advantages mentioned above.
