铜排无损伤焊接电源的研究

摘要 电力设备在制造工艺中要求对绕组铜排接头可靠焊接。传统的焊接方法采用导电阻焊法,焊接效率低,易损伤铜排和绝缘层。针对绕组铜焊的特殊工艺要求,研制出了焊接铜排用的零点谐振ZCS高频感应加热电源,改善了传统的焊接工艺,可以实现对铜排的高效、无损伤焊接。 To guarantee the manufacturing process quality of power equipment, it is necessary to braze the winding bars reliably and efficiently.But the traditional welding method of brazen winding relies mainly on conduction heat, it is easy to damage the winding faces as well as less efficient.This paper introduces a high frequency induction welding power supply based on a novel frequency scout technology. This power supply always works at ZCS and possesses high power factor and efficiency without welding damage.
