摘要 目的 :探讨糖尿病母亲婴儿 (IDM)新生儿早期的心功能改变。方法 :应用超声法测定 19例IDM和 2 0例胎龄、出生体重相近的正常新生儿 (对照组 )射血分数 (EF)、主、肺动脉血流峰值 (AV、PV)、二、三尖瓣舒张期E峰A峰比值(MV -E/A、TV -E/A)。结果 :IDM组和对照组EF、AV、PV、MV -E/A比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两组TV -E/A分别为 0 91± 0 31、1 4 7± 0 38,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 Objective:To study the changes of cardiac function in the early stage of newborn in infants of diabetic mothers (IDM). Methods: In a total of 19 cases of IDM,EF,AV,PV,MV-E/A and PV-E/A were tested with ultrasound and compared with those in 20 birth weight- and gestational age-matched healthy newborns (control group). Results: No significant differences were observed in the values of EF,AV,PV and MV-E/A between the two groups ( P >0.05). However,the values of PV-E/A were significantly reduced in IDM compared with the control subjects(0.91±0.31 versus 1.47±0.38,P <0.01). Conclusion: Right ventricular diastolic function decreases in the early stage of newborn in IDM.
