摘要
目的 :评价亮菌甲素对胆源性急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 82例胆源性急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 2例 ,对照组 4 0例。对照组采用常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用亮菌甲素 10mg/d静滴 ,连续 10d。结果 :胆源性急性胰腺炎患者应用亮菌甲素后 ,症状、体征的缓解以及血尿淀粉酶、血胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的恢复明显早于对照组 ,总有效率优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :亮菌甲素对胆源性急性胰腺炎有较好疗效 。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Armillarisini A in treatment of biliary acute pancreatitis. Methods:82 patients with biliary acute pancreatitis were randomly devided into two groups . There were 42 cases in treatmeat group who were treated with common drug and Armillarisini A introvein drip (10mg/d) for 10 days,and 40 cases in control group were treated with common drugs . Results:In the patients with biliary acute pancreatitis,disappeared rate of abdominal symptoms and signs and recovered rate of serum and urinary amylase,bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotramsferase in treatment group after application of Armillarisini A were earlier than that in control group,the total effective rate in treatment group was markedly superior to control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Armillarisini A has a better effect on biliary acute pancreatitis.
