摘要
采用化学灌浆材料性能测试方法,研究了影响水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料主要性能的各种因素。结果表明,灌浆材料的物理性能与NCO含量,浆浓浓度,稳定剂、缓凝剂的种类和用量,水质pH值,浸泡时间,乳液和填料用量有关。通过实践,选择了比较理想的稳定剂和缓凝剂,可满足工程灌浆要求。
Various factors influencing the major properties of water soluble polyurethane grouting materials are
studied by properties tests. The result shows that, physical properties of grouting materials are connected with
NCO content, grouting liquid concentration, the kinds and amount used of stabilizer and coagulation inhibitor,
pH value of water, dipping time, kind of emulsion and filler used. Through practice, ideal stabilizer and co-
agulation inhibitor are selected, which meet all the requirement of engineering grouting.
