老年人复发性脑卒中危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors in gerontic recurrent stroke

目的 了解老年人复发性脑卒中的危险因素。方法 回顾性分析 96例老年复发性脑卒中病人的临床资料 ,并与同期住院的 10 8例初发老年卒中病人常见危险因素比较 ,同时对其中来自城市和农村复发卒中患者的危险因素进行对比分析 ,结果 老年复发性脑卒中患者在高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂、TIA史 ,吸烟和 /或饮酒史、肥胖及不良生活方式方面与初发组比较差异无显著性。复发组中城市患者伴糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖者明显多于农村患者 ,而后者在吸烟和 /或饮酒、不良生活方式、TIA史方面多于城市患者 ,两者高血压的程度亦有差异。结论 老年复发性脑卒中是多因素作用的结果 ,需根据不同的病因 ,采取综合性预防措施。

Objective: To study risk factors in gerontic recurrent stroke. Methods: This article retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 96 cases of gerontic recurrent stroke, and the common risk factors in 108 cases of the first gerontic stroke attack hospitalized in the same period were compared. At the same time author compared and analysed the risk factors in gerontic recurrent stroke between those from the city and those in the country. Results: It was discovered that there wasn't significant difference in hypertension, diabetes, coronary disease, hyperlipidemia, TIA history, smoking and /or drinking , obesity and bad living habit between gerontic recurrent stroke and the first gerontic stroke. There were more cases from the recurrent's group with diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity in the city than in the country, but more from the recurrent's group with smoking and /or drinking , bad habit in life and TIA history in country than in the city. Conclusion: The gerontic recurrent stroke is the result of many factors, And comprehensive prevention measures should be taken.
