尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的初步研究

摘要 目的 探讨尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能状态。方法 采用FACS检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群和Fas、FasL的表达以及淋巴细胞的凋亡率 ,MTT法检测淋巴细胞的增殖能力 ,ELISA法检测血清中细胞因子。结果 CA患者外周血中CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 和CD5 6 + 细胞 (NK细胞 )的比例 ,PBMC中Fas与FasL表达水平 ,PBMC凋亡率 ,血清中IFN γ产生水平 ,PBMC对PHA四种诱导浓度的增殖能力均明显低于对照组 (均P <0 0 1) ;而CA患者血清中IL 10产生水平高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 CA患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷 ,临床治疗过程中须提高CA患者的细胞免疫功能。 Objective: To explore cell-mediated immunity in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) to provide experimental basis for immunotherapy. Methods: Flow cytometer was used to test T-cell subpopulation and NK cell in peripheral blood. MTT method was used to measure the hyperplasia ability of lymphocyte and ELISA method to examine cytokine in serum. Results: The CA patients showed the levels of CD3+ T-cell, CD4+ T-cell, CD4+/CD8+ T-cell ratio, CD56+T-cell(NK cell) were (54.12±6.95)%, (26.15±6.70)%, (0.99±0.39)%, (3.01±1.15)% respectively, which were lower than those of the control group, which were (63.71±10.70)%, (38.60±6.84)%, (1.53±0.75)% and 5.61±1.21%(P<0.01). IFN-γlevels of the CA ( 0.89±0.12 pg/ml) was lower than those of the control group (9.12±1.03 pg/ml)(P<0.01), while IL-10 level of the CA (97.01±15.51 pg/ml) was higher(P<0.01). Conclusion: Cellular immunodeficiency exists in CA patients, so the cellular immune function should be improved during clinical therapy.
