总结了PTA装置精制干燥机技术改造。改造方案为 :在利用原干燥机的基础上 ,通过改动相应配套部分设备的转速 ,从潜热方面对工艺进行优化 ,从而提高了干燥机的处理能力 ,不但解决了扩能改造中的“瓶颈”问题 。

The reformation content of dryer was summarized.The oringinal imported steady rotation rate motor was changed into domestic frequency converter,the rotation rate of it was increased from 4.4 r/min to 6.5 r/min.The rotation rate of feeding screw was increased from 30 r/min to 40 r/min,the rotation rate of discharging screw was increased from 45 r/min to 60 r/min.The original 0.43 MPa heated steam was changed into 1.0 MPa saturated steam.After reformation,the handling ability was 46.6 t/h,the mass fraction of H_2O was below 0.1%.
