根据国务院电力体制改革方案和国家电力监管委员会关于区域电力市场建设指导意见 ,结合东北电网电力资源、用电负荷特点、电网技术条件以及电力体制状况等 。

On the basis of structural reforming schemes of electric power industry, operation mode and scheme of technical supporting system of electricity market in Northeast grid are discussed. At the same time the resources of electricity, characteristic of electric power consumption, technical condition of grid and state of electric power system etc.in Northeast grid are introduced.
