膈肌疲劳与肌凝蛋白重链
摘要
膈肌疲劳在COPD及呼吸衰竭的发生机制中有重要意义。膈肌收缩功能受多种重要收缩蛋白分子的调节。其中 ,肌凝蛋白重链更具有特殊的生理及病理意义。本文对膈肌疲劳的相关因素及各种病理情况下膈肌的微观变化、膈肌疲劳与肌凝蛋白重链的关系以及有关药物对膈肌疲劳的作用等进行了综述。
