摘要
CaCl2和ZnCl2对于节杆菌LF-Tou2絮凝剂的产生非常有效。节杆菌LF-Tou2产生絮凝剂的最适温度、最适pH值和最适接种量分别为27℃、7和每mL培养液105个细胞。维生素B9和低浓度的维生素B12能够刺激微生物絮凝剂的产生。实验还发现,在絮凝体系中添加Fe3+、Mn2+和Ca2+能够明显地提高发酵液的絮凝率。对于发酵液展示絮凝剂活性的最合适的pH值为7。在絮凝系统中把定量的助絮剂CaCl2溶液分成2次添加能够非常显著地提高絮凝活性。
CaCl2 and ZnCl2 were very effective for the flocculant formation by Arthrobacter sp. LF-Tou2. The optimal cultural temperature, initial pH value and proportion of inoculation was 27°C, 7 and 10 cells/mL, respectively. Vitamin B9 and low concentration of vitamin Bi2 could stimulate the production of flocculant. Addition of Fe3+ Mn2+ and Ca2+ ions could obviously increase the flocculating rate. The favorable pH value for the display of flocculant activity was 7. The flocculant activity could be raised significantly by adding the total amounts of CaCl2 solution into the flocculating system in twice.
