摘要
以CoCl2·6H2O和(NH4)2C2O4·H2O为原料,采用室温固相反应首先制备出前驱体,然后在350℃热分解并升华NH4Cl2h,获得了平均粒径为30nm、分布均匀、无团聚的纳米四氧化三钴粉体,用X射线衍射、透射电镜和扫描电镜对产物的组成、大小和形貌进行了表征。
The precursors Co2O4 and NH4Cl were prepared by solid state reaction with CoCl2·6H2O and (NH4)2C2O4·H2O at ambient temperature. Nanophase Co3O4 with average of 30 nm was obtained by decomposing Co2O4 and sublimating NH4Cl at 3501 for about 2 h. The composition, particle size, appearance and properties of the product were studied by using X ray diffractometry (XRD), transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM).
