摘要
磁靶向放射治疗技术将纳微米技术和临床放疗技术有机地结合起来,可以满足适形调强的放射治疗要求。介绍了磁靶向放射性纳微米复合粒子的最新研究成果,概括了附载放射性核素的纳微米磁性复合粒子的制备方法,如溶剂蒸发法、热熔法、包覆法、双壁包囊法等,从表面修饰效果、电泳性能等方面分析了磁性载体的生物物理化学性质,并总结了磁靶向放射性纳微米复合粒子在体外和生物体内的初步研究成果,最后对该项技术的发展前景提出了展望。
Since the nano/micro-technique and clinical radiotherapy were combined together, magnetically controlled targeted radiotherapy could meet the need of intensity modulation radiation therapy. A review of the new research on magnetically controlled targeted nano- and micro-composite particles was presented. The preparation of nano- and micro-magnetic composite particles, which could load radionuclides, was generalized, such as solvent evaporation, hot melt, coating technique and double-walled technique. The bio-physical and bio-chemical properties of the magnetic carriers, for example, surface modification, electrophoresis and bioadhesive forces, were emphatically introduced. The primary research fruits of magnetically controlled targeted radioactivity nano- and micro-composite particles applied in vitro and in vivo studies were also discussed. Finally, the future prospect of its application was also presented.
