摘要
本文提出了一种利用激光多卜勒效应实现电机瞬态转速测量的新方法,并对几种电机的运行过程进行了动态测试。该方法具有非接触性,反应速度快,测量精度高等特点,尤其适用于对微特电机和小型旋转部件的动态测试,是一种有广泛应用前景的测试手段。
A new method proposed for measuring instantaneous rotational speed of motor is described, The relevant measuring system is developed and a lot of experiments on dynamical measuring of motor are made. All shows that the measurment is noncontact, quickly-response and high precision and suitable for the dynamical measuring of micro-motor and micro rotational mechanism specially. It's a dynamical measuring mothod with vast vistas.
