In this paper, the structures and characteristics of the test program for VXIbus modules is introduced. Relations between drivers and test programs are discussed and different methods caused by the relations to develope test programs are also investigated. The idea that how Word Serial Protocol is used to control message based modules on VXIbus for measurements is given in detail. And then, the specific procedure is given, too.
