中间再热式汽轮机热耗率在线监测中的动态误差分析 被引量:12

摘要 本文针对性能在线监测与常规热力试验的不同之处,分析了中间再热式机组在变负荷过程中应用传统热耗率计算方法所引起的动态误差。国产125MW机组的仿真计算表明,当机组负荷变化24%左右时,这项误差可达15%以上。文中还探讨了汽轮机动态过程中在线计算热耗率的合理方法,可供研制电厂性能在线监测系统参考。 In accordance with the difference between on-line monitoring and routine testing of steam turbine performance, the dynamic error of heat rate under transient conditions by using routine testing formulas in current practice is discussed in this paper. The simulated calculation for a 125MW unit has indicated that the maximum error can reach more than 15% if the load is suddenly changed by 24%. Meanwhile, a rational method for calculating heat rate during dynamic process is also presented.
