摘要
本文对美国电力研究院(EPRI)为评价压力容器及管道安全性提出的“工程估算方法”进行了研究和探讨,并用紧凑拉伸试件(电厂管道材料12Cr1MoV钢)进行了裂纹启裂、稳态裂纹扩展及失稳载荷的试验预测。比较预测与实测结果表明,用工程方法评价裂纹的安全性是可行的,它适用于从小范围屈服到全塑性屈服的弹塑性情况,是安全评定的一种快速、简便的方法。
This paper studied and discussed 'Engineering Estimate Approach' by EPRI for safety assessment of pressure vessel and piping. Crack initiation and stable crack growth, as well as instable load were calculated using compact specimdn,12Cr1MoV piping steel of power station- The result of calculating compared with actual measure is shown that evaluating the safety of crack is feasible. The approach is applied to elasticpJastic condition from less limit yield to fully plastic yield. The approch is quick and handy of safety-assessment.
