摘要
本文从(1)表面处理功能性的要求、(2)节约能源和材料的要求、(3)保护环境和消除污染的要求、(4)新的基体材料发展的要求和(5)采用新技术的要求等五个方面分析了当今电镀技术面临的挑战以及电镀技术今后发展趋势。
The challenge electroplating technology now face with and the trend of electroplating development to suit the challenge are discussed from five aspects: 1. the functional requirements to surface treatment, 2. those of energy and material saving, 3. those of environment protection and pollution elimination, 4. those of development of new base materials and 5. those of adopting new technologies.
