摘要
枪色电镀中氨基酸是不可缺少的纽份,因氨基酸对枪色色泽有决定性的影响。研究和选择氨基酸是发展各种色调枪色镀层的基础技术。本文首先介绍了氨基酸的一些基本特性,如立体异构现象、两性电离现象和等电点现象并列出了一些重要的、常用的α-氨基酸。然后着重研究了以焦磷酸盐为基的枪色镀液中氨基酸的选择方法,并具体介绍了目前流行的五种抢色镀层所推荐选用的氨基酸。
Since amino-acid has a decisive effect on gun color, it is an indispensable composition in gun color electroplating, therefore, how to choose the proper amino acid becomes a key problem in developing various shades of gun color coatings. In this paper some fundamental characters of amino acid, such as stereo-isomerism, amphoteric electrodissociation and isoelectric point phenomenon are described and several kinds of important and conventional α-aminoacids are listed. The selection principles of aminoacid used in gun color plating bath based on pyrophosphate are studied and aminoacids suitable for the five prevailing gun color coatings are recommended respectively.
