能够最大限度地提高生产效率与质量的全自动操作,原来只实行于液体精饰系统,但近来,通过先进的过程控制,粉末喷涂也具备了相仿的控制能力,从而满足了生产自动化的要求。本文详细介绍了喷粉直径控制、喷枪启动、粉末输出速度、电压控制、联接(从一轴向至三轴向)、新粉供入与回收以及系统安全联锁,重点在各自对精饰过程的作用上。
Powder systems have evolved to meet the needs of increased factory automatian through advanced process control. Fully automatic operations which maximize production efficiency and quality have historically been the domain of liquid finishing systems, yet recent developments have produced similar control capabilities in powder. Capabilities to be detailed include powder pattern control, triggering, powder output rates, voltage control, articulation (from one axis to three), powder fresh feed and reclaim, and system safety interlocks. The presentation will focus on the effects of each on the finishing process.
