摘要
本文提出以偶氮肿Ⅲ和钼酸铵与铅形成异金属双核三元络合物,在表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,直接用分光光度法测定镀锌液中的杂质铅。在钼酸铵及EDTA-Zn配位体掩蔽剂存在下,大多数金属离子不干扰铅的测定。在EDTA和吐温-80存在下,镀锌添加剂DPE-Ⅲ不干扰测定。方法简便、快速,具有高的灵敏度和选择性。
Spectrophotometric method is adopted to directly determine the lead impurity in Zn plating solution. Arsenazo Ⅲ and am onim molybdate are used to form heterometal dinuclear ternary complex with lead in the presence of surfactant Tween-80. When ammonium molybdate and EDTA-Zn ligand masking agent exist, most of metal ions have no effect on the determination of lead. In addition, the existence of EDTA and Tween-80 also make Zn plating additive agent DPE-Ⅲ not interfer with the determina- tion. This mathod is simple, rapid and has high sensitivity as well as good selectivity.
