An Amorphous Ni-P Electrodeposit——its performance and Applications

用电沉积方法研制了一种新型的Ni—P(含P9～11%Wt)合金镀层,通过X谢线检定其结构为非晶态,大量的性能试验表明,此镀层具有较优异的物理化学性能,可广泛应用于各种腐蚀性介质中,延长了使用寿命,经济效益显著。

An attempt was made to prepare an new amorphous Ni-P (9-11%P) electrodeposit with good chemical and physical properties. X-ray diffraction results showed that the structure of electrodeposit prepared is typically amorphous. The performances of the deposit are favourable in corrosion and wear tests.
