摘要
为了节约贵金属和获得功能性镀层 ,采用直流和脉冲电镀法在A3钢片上获得了镍镀层。结果表明 ,脉冲镀层在干摩擦和腐蚀液中的耐磨损性与直流电镀层相比有较大提高 ,尤其是梯形波脉冲电镀获得的镀层的耐磨性最好 ;X 射线衍射分析表明镍镀层在镀态及经过热处理后均为立方晶体结构 ,晶粒尺寸分别为 11.3nm和 14 .1nm ,热处理使镍镀层的晶粒尺寸长大。
In order to save precious metal and get functional coating, pulse and direct current was used for plating Ni coatings on A3 steel plates. The result shows that the wear resistance of pulse electroplated coating in dry friction and abrasive liquid is better than that of direct current plated coating, especially the coating plated by trapezoidal pulse has the best wear resistance. X ray analysis shows that the nickel coatings are cubic crystal during the plating and after heat treatment.The crystalline grain sizes are 11.3 nm and 14.1 nm. The grains grew up after heat treatment.
