结合微机继电保护现状 ,提出了一种新型的继电保护软硬件平台 ,介绍了主要的实现方法 ,它具有技术起点高、通用性强。
Basing on the current state of microcomputer_based protection, a new software and hardware frame of relay protection and its realization method are introduced, which features high technical start_point, generality and reliability.
