摘要
随着我国电子制造业和印制电路板(PCB)行业的快速发展给电子制造装备提出越来越高的要求,印制电路板数控钻床向着高速、高精度、高可靠性、智能化、柔性化、集成化的发展趋势越来越明显,其平台体系更加开放,产品配套供应更加专业、标准。
It is proposed that more and more demands to the electron manufacturing outfits with the fast development of the electron manufacturing industry and PCB's profession.The PCB's numerical controlled drill machine development tendency that faces high speed, high accuracy,high dependability, intelligentization,flexibleization and integrationization is more and more obvious.The system platform is open more furthermore,and the supply of product parts is more specialized and criterion. Out of that,we can clearly see the problem and disparity of our country PCB's drill machine,and the development of fundamental idea in the future.
