摘要
目的 :观察肝细胞生长因子 (Hepatocytegrowthfactor,HGF)对出生后早期大鼠受损面神经的神经营养作用。方法 :对生后 1d内的新生大鼠实施面神经切断 ,对其近侧断端施以HGF治疗 ,切片经甲紫染色 ,分别统计术后 2、4、7d面神经核内的生存神经元数。结果 :术后 4、7dHGF治疗组的神经元生存率明显高于对照组。结论
Objective: To observe the neurotrophic effect of HGF on axotomized facial motor neurons of neonatal rats. Methods: The facial nerve of the newborn rats was exposed and sectioned unilaterally at its main trunk. The proximal nerve stump was then treated with HGF. The animals were allowed to survive for 2, 4, and 7 d after the nerve section. The total number of injured motor neurons surviving the nerve section were calculated. Results: On the 4th day and 7th day, the motor neuron survival rates of HGF treated groups showed statistically significant differences compared to those of the control. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate that HGF has a neuroprotective effect on injured facial motor neurons.
