摘要
目的 :研究变形链球菌活性氧代谢的规律 ,探讨变形链球菌活性氧代谢与龋病发生的关系。方法 :采用硫代巴比妥酸 冰醋酸法 (thiobarbituricacid glacialaceticacid ,TBA)检测不同培养条件下变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生情况。结果 :葡萄糖促进变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生 ,美兰抑制变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生。结论 :活性氧代谢是变形链球菌代谢的特征。
Objective:To study the law on reactive oxygen species metabolism of Streptococcus mutans,and investigate the relation between reactive oxygen species metabolism of Streptococcus mutans and dental caries. Methods:Thiobarbituric acid - glacialaceticacid(TBA) method was used to measure lipid peroxide production of Streptococcus mutans incubated in the different incubation conditions. Results:Glucose promotes Streptococcus mutans to produce lipid peroxides. Methylene blue inhibits Streptococcus mutans to produce lipid peroxides. Conclusion:Reactive oxygen species metabolism is the feature of Streptococcus mutans metabolism.
