摘要
以2,6 二氯氟苯为原料在无水Na2SO4作用下与HNO3/H2SO4在50~55℃下反应2h,得到2,6 二氯 3 硝基氟苯;再在DMF溶剂中有季铵盐相转移催化剂存在下与无水氟化钾在160~165℃反应7h,得到2,3,4 三氟硝基苯,收率约为83%。
2,3,4-Trifluoronitrobenzene was synthesized from 2,6-dichlorofluorobenzene through two steps:①nitration in the presence of anhydrous Na_2SO_4 with the formation of 2,6-dichloro-3-nitroluorobenzene;②fluorination by reaction with anhydrous KF in the presence of DMF and quaternary ammonium salt at 160~165 ℃ to give the titled product, the yield of fluorination is about 83%.
