银杏叶片薄膜包衣的生产工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过崩解、耐温湿实验,比较薄膜包衣及糖衣对银杏叶片理化性质的影响,应用正交实验优化薄膜包衣的工艺条件,以提高包衣片的稳定性,其结果是薄膜包衣可提高银杏叶片的储存期稳定性,在优选的工艺条件下生产的银杏叶片各项质量指标均合格。所以银杏叶片可采用薄膜包衣。 In order to improve the stability of the film coated tablets, by the disintegration test and the high temperature resistance test and the high wet resistance test,we compare the physical and chemical characters of the film coated Yinxingye tablets and the sugar coated Yinxingye tablets,and select the best film coating process by orthogonal test. The result is that the stability of Yinxingye tablets can be improved by film coating process when it is stored, and all the quality inspections of Yinxingye tablets produced in the best production condition are eligible according to the quality standards of Yinxingye tablets. The film coating process can be used in the production of Yinxingye tablets.
