结核性胸膜炎患者血清白细胞介素18的水平与意义

摘要 目的　探讨白细胞介素 18(IL 18)在结核性胸膜炎患者血中的水平与意义。方法　采用酶免疫技术(ELISA)检测 31例结核性胸膜炎患者和 2 0例健康人血清中IL - 18水平。结果　结核性胸膜炎患者血清中IL 18水平显著高于健康对照组。结论　IL Objective To evaluate the serum level of IL-18 in tubercular pleurisy sufferer and its meaning.Methods The levels of IL-18 in 31 tubercular pleurisy sufferers and 20 healthy cases were detected by ELISA assay.Results The serum level of IL-18 in tubercular pleurisy sufferer was significant higher than tha tin healthy group.Conclusion IL-18 may play an important role in anti-tubercular infectious immunity of tubercular pleurisy patients.
