初治急性髓性白血病患者P_(170)蛋白和CD_(34)抗原表达与预后的关系

摘要 目的探讨初治急性髓性白血病患者P170蛋白和CD34抗原表达与预后的关系。方法用活细胞免疫荧光技术染色,流式细胞仪检测32例初治急性髓性白血病(AML)患者的P170和CD34表达。结果32例初治AML患者共表达P170和CD34时临床缓解率较单独表达P170或CD34,以及P170和CD34均阴性时明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论P170和CD34两项指标共表达时缓解率明显下降,两者的共表达可作为AML预后不良的判断指标,可为AML患者早期临床化疗方案的判定及预后的估计提供可靠的理论依据。
