摘要
根据长沙城网的现状和发展 ,分别对其主网系统、配网系统和二次系统进行分析 ,并指出了 3部分之间相辅相成的关系 。
Based on the actuality and expansion of Changsha electric power network, the transmission system, distribution system as well as the measuring and relaying system are analyzed in this paper. The supplementing each other of the three systems is investigated. Some suggestions are proposed to improve the system.
