摘要
本文通过“吉林省中部城市引松供水工程规划”工程调水区、输水区及受水区对生态环境影响的综合分析与评价 ,阐述了通过规划和采取必要的环境保护措施 ,避免或缓解由于工程产生的生态环境问题 。
This paper takes the project of transferring water from Songhua River to Changchun City as example, and introduces how to do good plan in order to avoid and reduce the environment influence caused by the project construction.
