摘要 随着社会主义市场经济、知识经济、信息经济的快速发展,现代人力资源管理在“以人为本”的管理过程中,正在逐步形成一种崭新的管理思想和管理思路——“能本管理”。企业“能本管理”是企业管理新动向,认识“能本管理”的新思想,对于企业提升知识经济时代的市场竞争力具有极其重大的现实与深远意义。本文论述了能本管理的内涵及实施的必要性,并提出了若干实施方法的建议。 With the fast development of socialist market economy , knowledge economy and information economy, 'management taking people as the core', a kind of brand - new management in the modem manpower resources management, is forming in the course of 'management taking people as the core '. 'Management taking ability as the core' is a new tendency of busness administration. Knowing such new thought , has extremely great reality and far - reaching meaning as to improving enterprise market competitiveness in the era of knowledge - driven economy. This text has described the intension of this management and necessity of implementation , and has put forward the suggestions of several implementation methods.
