摘要
提出了一种融合遗传算法和神经网络的PID控制算法。该控制器先利用遗传算法对BP网络的初始权系数进行学习优化,再利用BP算法实现对PID参数在线调节,解决了控制器网络初始权系数对控制效果产生的影响,仿真结果表明了该控制方法的有效性。
A new-type controller based on GA and NN is presented in this paper. In this controller, the genetic algorithm is utilized to train and optimize the initial weights of BP neural network, and the BP algorithm is applied to achieving PID parameters self-adjustment on line. This method solves the influence of the initial weights of BP neural network on the control effectiveness. Simulation results indicate that this control algorithm is effective.
