摘要
为了给油田抽油机用永磁同步电动机的设计和使用提供可靠的理论依据,研究了环境温度变化对钕铁硼永磁同步电动机性能的影响。结果表明,温度变化对钕铁硼永磁同步电动机性能影响很大,低温时可能因最小转矩过小而无法带载起动,高温时容易造成不可逆去磁,而额定输出时的性能变化很小。
In this paper, the effect of ambient temperature on the performance of PMSM was studied, and some conclusions were made. When ambient temperature changes, the starting ability and no load perfonnance are greatly affected. If the ambient temperature is very low, PMSM maybe can't start because the minimum torque is too little. If the ambient temperature is very high, irreversible demagnetization maybe happens.
