摘要 就提高电刷机械强度、抗氧化性、降低电阻率改善电机的换向性能,开展了Cr掺杂碳陶瓷电刷的研究,制备了新型Cr掺杂碳陶瓷电刷,测定了相关性能,并从微观组织结构与性能的关系做了进一步探讨.结果表明,Cr掺杂可提高电刷的力学性能,降低电阻率,提高电刷的抗氧化能力,从而改善电机的换向性能,满足多种电机用电刷性能要求。 To improve the mechanical strength, electrical resistance rate, non-oxidizability and inverting performance, this project develops a kind of electrical brush with Cr doped carbon-ceramic. The related performance of the electrical brush is determined and further discussion is made in the view of micro-structure of the Carbon-ceramic materials. It is showed that Cr increased the degree of graphitization of the Carbon-ceramic and hence protected the lubricating materials from abrasion. It is also observed that there was continuously distributed Cr3C2 crystal, which can obviously improve mechanical performance and electrical resistance rate, and hence improve inverting performance of the electrical brush to meet the performance requirements of various electric engine. Besides, during gliding process, a membrane consisting of Cr2O3, carbon powder, dust and water can be generated, which in- crease non-oxidizability and improve lubricating performance of the electrical brush, thus the operation life of the electrical bush can be extended.
