Catalytic synthesis of isofenphos-methyl with PEG

摘要 采用聚乙二醇相转移催化合成甲基异柳磷,讨论了反应物配比、催化剂用量、溶液pH值、温度、时间对反应的影响,试验得出反应的最佳工艺条件,其收率由80%提高到86.7%。该方法工艺条件温和,操作简单,降低了生产成本,能显著提高经济效益。 Catalytic synthesis of isofenphos-methyl with polyethylene glycol,the ratio of raw material,pH of solvent,reaction temperature and reaction time were discussed, and then optimum technological condition were obtained, the yield of product increased from 80% to 86.7%.This procedure is mild and easy to control and also can reduce the cost and increase economic effect.
