摘要 以过硫酸钾 亚硫酸氢钠(K2S2O8 NaHSO3)为氧化还原引发体系,合成St/BA/AN水性乳液。通过对比不同引发体系乳液粒径、粒径分布、玻璃化转变温度、乳液成膜性能等指标,表明氧化还原引发的St/BA/AN水性乳液性能比热引发共聚乳液大大提高。当K2S2O8 NaHSO3摩尔比控制在1∶1,用量控制在0.4%~0.8%左右时,单体的转化率最高,所聚合的乳液性能好。 Synthesis of St/BA/AN water-base through redox initiation system of K_2S_2O_8-NaHSO_3.By the comparison of the particle size, particle size distribution,Tg and film properties, it has been found that the properties of St/BA/AN water-base emulsion by redox system has increased than that of heat system. When controlling proper molar ratio of K_2S_2O_8 to NaHSO_3 is 1∶1 and dosages is from 0.4% to 0.8%,the conversion of monomer is very high and the properties of emulsion is excellent.
