摘要 中、低品位矿的磷酸料浆为细粘物料 ,其过滤性能较差。为提高过滤强度 ,将传统料浆过滤的混和加料改为分步加料 ,形成浓差过滤。浓差过滤改变了料浆滤饼的形成机理 ,改善了磷酸料浆的过滤性能 ,降低了过滤阻力 ,强化了过滤操作条件 ,使过滤强度比传统过滤显著提高。在采用浓差过滤时 ,比较合适的操作规程参数是 :液固比 2 .5~ 3.0 ,沉降时间不低于 2 0s,分步加料浓、稀浆体积比 5 5 ,操作温差不低于 70℃。 The phosphoric acid slurry from medium and low grade phosphate rocks is a fine viscous material, poor in filterability. To increase its filtration capacity, the conventional slurry filtration by feeding with mixing is changed to stepwise feeding, to give concentration difference filtration, which alters the mechanism of formation of the slurry filter cake, improves the filterability of the phosphoric acid slurry, reduces the filtration resistance, and intensifies the filtration operating conditions, thereby improving considerably the filtration capacity as compared to conventional filtration. In adoption of concentration difference filtration, the appropriate operating parameters are as follows: liquid to solid ratio 2.5~3.0, sedimentation time not less than 20 s, volume ratio of concentrated to dilute slurry 55 in stepwise feeding, and operating temperature not below 70 ℃.
