我国甲醇工业现状

Methanol Industry Status Quo of China

目前我国甲醇产能已达 6Mt/a ,2 0 0 3年产量为 3.3Mt ,表观消费量估计为 4 737kt ,进口量约占总消费量的 30 %。但我国甲醇工业存在规模小、联醇厂所占比例大、能耗大、生产成本高等不利因素 ,因而在甲醇市场大幅度波动环境中抗风险能力差。由于近年甲醇市场看好 ,产能以年均 2 4 .5 5 %速率高速增长 ,消费量年均增长亦达 1 5 .6 %。今后我国甲醇工业将向大型化、多种原料制合成气、采用具国内自主知识产权的技术方向发展 ,产品应用领域进一步扩大 ,延伸至车用替代燃料方面 ,前景广阔。

At present, the total annual production capacity of methanol in China is 6 million tons. The total output of methanol in 2003 was 3.3 million tons, and the apparent consumption was estmated to be 4.737 million tons, in which the imported product made up 30% of the total consumption. Yet the methanol industry of China has some unfavourable facts, such as small in production capacity, large proportion of ammonia methanol co production units, high in energy consumption and production cost, etc. As a result, the capability of risk resistance of the industry is poor in great fluctuating situation of the methanol market. For recent years, methanol production capacity increases rapidly in China with an average annunal rate of growth of 24.55%, and the rate of average consumption of 15.6%, because of the brisk methanol market. In the years to come, the developing tendency of Chinese methanol industry will be large scale in production unit, producing syn gas by using different feedstocks, adopting technology and processes of Chinese own intellectual property, and the utilization of the product will be expanded further including methanol to be used as fuel for automobile. The futhure of Chinese methanol industry is prosperous.
