为了适应国内外农业发展的新趋势和新要求 ,我国正积极调整农业发展思路。根据我国农业的生产特点和农业发展的新趋势 ,我国化肥消费总量略有增加、资源配置趋于合理化、区域差异将缩小、施肥方式趋于稳定化。

In line with the new trend in agricultural development both at home and abroad and new requirements, China is positively readjusting its thinking about agricultural expansion. In the light of the production characteristics of domestic agriculture production and the new trend in agricultural development, the total domestic consumption of chemical fertilizers rises slightly, the disposition of resources tends to be rationalized, the difference among various regions will reduce, and the way of fertilizer application tends to be stabilized.
