重油气化U形套管冷却器的改造

摘要 重油气化炉出口的裂化气通过一U形套管冷却器送至废热锅炉 ,由于气体温度高、套管环隙小 ,极易造成夹套内的水局部过热甚至汽化 ,从而烧坏U形管。在经过详细的热量平衡和传热计算后 ,将U形管的环隙改大 ,既保证了出口水温和壁温不超标 ,又延长了U形管的使用寿命 ,保证了安全生产。 The cracked gas from the heavy oil gasifier passes through a cooler with a U shaped jacket and goes into the waste heat boiler. As the gas temperature is high and the annular space of the jacket is small, the water in the jacket is very easily overheated locally and even vaporized, and so the U tube is burned up. After a detailed calculation of heat balance and heat transfer, the annular space of the U tube is enlarged, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the outgoing gas and the walls will not exceed the specified level, prolonging also the service life of the U tube, and guaranteeing safety in production.
