结合鄂西北电网利用王甫州电厂启动襄樊电厂的方案,重点对黑单元选择、自励磁、过电压及小网稳定问题进行了分析,为电力系统中的黑启动试验提供参考和借鉴。

On the basis of the scheme by use of Wangpuzhou power plant for starting Xiangfan power plant,in the network of north-west of Hubei province,how to choose the black unit,deal with self-excitation and over voltage and keep the small network steady were emphatically analyzed,to give reference for doing black start test in power system.
