摘要 工控机在工业监控领域中得到广泛的应用,由多台工控机组成的工业监控系统往往存在多机数据交换和综合的问题。一般的解决办法是采取网络通信,但其实时性和同步性还不尽如人意。本文从机箱总线扩展的角度出发,提出用点对点的高速同步通信和内存映射的方法实现了工控机之间的实时同步互连,并成功应用于实际工程中。 Industrial control computers have been applied widely in the field of industry monitoring and controlling. A multi-computer based system often needs to exchange and integrate data among individual industrial computers. Generally, these computers are interlinked by network, which, however, may not be able to meet the requirement for synchronized and real-time communication. This paper brings forward a new idea to realize such kind of communication system. With the bus extension, a real-time and synchronous inter-linkage between the industrial control computers by point-to-point high-speed synchronous communication and memory mapping is realized. The realized system has been successfully used in practice.
