摘要
介绍了电气设备在线监测数据采集系统的功能特点以及基于DSP+CPLD模式的硬件系统结构和外围器件扩展,以断路器在线监测数据采集系统的数据采集量为例分析了系统扩展大容量数据存储器的必要性,并介绍了NVRAM(NonvolatileSRAM)芯片DS1270Y/AB的性能指标,在此基础上详细地讨论了DSP(TMS320F206)系统中,在大规模可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的控制下,扩展具有掉电保持功能的NVRAM实现大容量数据存储的方法。
This paper introduces the functional characteristics and hardware configuration of data acquisition system for on-line monitoring of electrical equipment, and takes an example of data acquisition system for breaker on-line monitoring system to analyze the necessity of extending great capacity data memory, and presents the performance and function of DS1270Y/AB, which is a kind of nonvolatile SRAM(NVRAM). Based on that, the paper details how to use NVRAM in DSP (TMS320F206) system to realize great capacity data memory under controlling of Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD).
